I had stayed in this hotel six years back and it was a new property back then. It was one of the very few well maintained hotels in Ajmer. Must say it still is. I was really impressed. It's very clean. And even in this winter was able to get real hot water all the time. I want to make a special mention of Pritam Singh at the reception. He is very a very helpful and courteous and friendly guy. Will stay again and again when there is opportunity.

They charged me extra money for late checkout and did issue invoice. They pocketed the money. I requested for late checkout out but they refused.
